How it works

You book with us

You book with us

You let us know you need our help, we check we can serve your building and work with your accommodation manager to schedule a suitable time.

Once we confirm your order, you pay for the packing service, plus a £50 deposit towards storing or shipping your items once they’re packed.

We pack your stuff

We pack your stuff

We’ll pack the stuff in your room and will bring all the packing materials needed to pack your stuff up professionally, ready for storage or shipping. For an extra £25, we can pack your kitchen stuff too.

We include up to £100 per box contents cover free of charge. Please note, we are not liable for any items not packed.

There are some bits and pieces that we can’t ship or store, such as liquids, food and perishable goods. You can find a full list of what we cannot pack here.

Once we’ve packed your stuff, we’ll take it to our secure storage facility and look after it for as long as you need.

Storage is charged monthly and will depend on how many boxes you have and how long you commit to storing for. You can find our storage prices here.

When you’re ready to have it back, you can place an order through your LOVESPACE account to arrange delivery to your new address.

Once we’ve packed your stuff, we will get in touch with a quote to have it delivered to you. Our helpful shipping experts will be able to answer any questions you might have about getting your stuff back.

If you need your items to be delivered outside of the EU, we may need some extra information from you for customs. Keep an eye on your emails – our team will be in touch if this is the case.
