Storage has never been so easy.
Just follow our four simple steps.

1. You Book

Simply tell us how many items you want to store and how long you want to store for. You can order packing materials if you need them, or just go ahead and book for us to collect your items if you’re already packed.

  • We’ll store most items under 100cm x 60cm x 60cm and weighing less than 25kg. You can see a list of the few things we can’t store here.
  • Store your items in boxes you’ve ordered from us, or your own, provided they’re suitably sturdy (see details here). We can also store your larger items, if agreed to in writing, and provided they are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap rather than a box.
  • If you order packing materials from us, but don’t know how long you need to pack, you can book your collection at a later date.
  • If you’re not sure how long you want to store for, just choose 1 month to ‘Pay-As-You-Store’. Otherwise you can get cheaper rates by committing to store for longer with a ‘Longer Term Price Plan’.

2. We Collect

We’ll come to collect your items from anywhere in mainland UK on the day that's most convenient for you, and as soon as the next day. Just give your labelled items or boxes to the friendly driver from LOVESPACE or one of our delivery partners, then you can track your items online.

  • Collections are free on our Monday to Friday Service, where we collect after 07.00 and before 18.00. If you would like timed services, these are available for a small fee, as well as Saturday.
  • Don’t forget to label your items with your personalised LOVESPACE labels. You can print these from your account online to attach to your boxes. If your item is not boxed, please ensure your label is securely attached, for example using a luggage tag.
  • Sending anything other than boxes? Please give our Customer Experience team a call on 0800 802 1018, or email us on info@lovespace.co.uk so we make sure appropriate arrangements are made to have them collected.
  • Need items picked up today?  Give us a call on 0800 802 1018 and we will try our hardest to arrange a same-day collection for you.
  • To enable us to provide our service across mainland UK, we have partnered with the UK’s most respected courier services, including DPD, CitySprint and Shutl.
  • Special instructions for finding your property or getting access are really helpful for our drivers and delivery partners, so please give us these when you book online.
  • We’ll send you a confirmation email the day before collection. For most UK postcodes, this will include your 1-hour ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) if we can provide one, although this isn’t always possible. Make sure you or someone you trust is at your address for the duration of the full collection window, with your boxes on the ground floor ready to be picked up where possible.
  • You can leave your items with a reception and we’ll pick up. Just make sure that your reception is well informed of what we are collecting and that we will be arriving, and we’ll do the rest.
  • If you need to make any changes, just let us know by 11am the working day before the collection.
  • You can track your items all the way to the warehouse through your online account. You’ll receive a confirmation email when they arrive.

3. We Store

We carefully store your items in one of our secure CCTV-monitored warehouses. Ready and waiting for when you need them back.

  • To help you keep track of what you’ve stored with us, you can upload photos and descriptions for each box and item using your online account.
  • Your items are covered up to £100 per box from when we pick them up and right up until you receive them back at the end of their time with us. If you want higher coverage of your items, just choose one of our item coverage plans when you book your collection.
  • Storage costs are charged monthly in advance, based on the date of your initial collection, for as long as you have committed to and/or continue to store with us.
  • For every friend you refer who stores with LOVESPACE, we will credit your account with £10. Refer enough friends and you store for free!

4. We Deliver

When you are ready, just book the return of one, some or all of your items online from £5.95 per item. Oh, and remember an additional charge of £1 per item applies if delivering to an address greater than 80 miles from your collection location.

  • You can book a return for one, some or all of your boxes or items through your LOVESPACE account online.
  • Standard return delivery costs from £5.95 per item being sent to a single address at the same time.
  • Return delivery to an address greater than 80 miles from where the item was collected from is an additional £1 per item.
  • We deliver between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Let us know by 11am and we will be with you the next working day. Timeslots and Saturday deliveries are available at an additional charge.
  • For most UK postcodes we’ll send you a confirmation email the day before delivery, which will either include your 1-hour ETA, or information on how this will be provided to you.
  • We can deliver your items to your reception. Just make sure that your reception is well informed of what we are delivering and that we will be arriving, and we’ll do the rest.
