1. You Book
Place a booking on our website or over the phone. First, choose your size removal.
We offer Size-Based Pricing:
- Mini movers: From £199
- Small removals: From £399
- Large removals: From £699
If you have a 3+ bedroom property, call our customer team for a bespoke quote at 0800 802 1018. All moves are paid with a single upfront fee—no surprises. If you book a Mini or Small removal, the team will ask you to send over an inventory list of items. For larger removals and removals that include packing, the team will get in touch to organise a video survey and discuss the finer details. You will then receive your booking confirmation.
2. Moving Day
We aim to make your moving day as smooth as possible. We've helped customers from all over the UK move into their perfect new home. No matter how big or small - our professional moving teams will help everything go smoothly.On the day before your removal, you will receive a 2-hour timeslot by email. Our friendly team will give you a call on the day to let you know they are on their way.
3. Important details
If you have not selected our packing service or our furniture assembly service, please ensure that all belongings are packed, sealed and disassembled ready for collection. If they aren’t we may be unable to complete your removal.
If you have selected a mini move your items will be moved by one mover. For any larger moves you will have 2+ movers.
You cannot travel in the van with our movers so you should arrange transportation.
