How it works

• Don’t worry, if you end up needing more space, we will complete an audit and confirm with you, after we’ve collected your stuff.
• If you have placed an order for a 50sq ft unit or bigger, on the booking confirmation page, you will be requested to schedule a video survey with a member of our operations team. If you do not schedule this in, someone will be in touch with you to do this.
• We store pretty much anything! Boxes, furniture, office bits and bobs. As long as it can be removed safely from your property, we’ll store it. You can see a list of the few things we can’t store in our FAQs.
• There are some things we may collect, but won’t cover. This means we don’t provide compensation coverage for them in the event of damage or loss. They include:
  • Fragile stuff, including crockery, glasses and mugs, unless they’re packed into our purpose-made LOVESPACE crockery boxes and thoroughly bubble-wrapped;
  • Electrical items;
  • Any item not packed inside a box.
• You must store your stuff in packing materials either ordered from us, or your own, provided they are suitable to protect your items. All boxes must be sturdy and double-walled. We can also store your larger unboxed items and household furniture safely – our professional team will wrap these items before loading onto the van, if you have opted for our packing service.

• Please note that all furniture and loose items that cannot fit into a box, must be protected with shrink/bubble wrap. Otherwise, our team will have to wrap your items and this may result in extra charges in line with the respective storage unit size for our packing service.
• If you choose to pack your own items, be sure to order materials in advance. If you choose our team to pack, they will provide their own materials on the day of your collection.
• We can pack pretty much anything! You can see a list of the few things we can’t store in our FAQs.
• III. If your items are stored in one of our smaller units (15 and 25sq ft) the collection team will label and give a short description of each item so you can easily order it to be delivered back later. If your items are stored in any units larger than 25sqft, each of your items will be recorded in an inventory and stored in a sealed crate.
• The packing prices per unit are as follows:
  • 15sqft - £79
  • 25sqft - £99
  • 50sqft - £159
  • 100sqft - £259
  • 150sqft - £259
  • 200sqft - £259

• If you need to make any changes, let us know at least by 11am two working days before the collection. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to make any changes after this time.

• Once we put your stuff in storage, we’ll confirm how much space you’ve used.
• You can move stuff in and out of storage – if you end up storing more or less, we’ll simply update your future monthly payments accordingly.

• You can book a delivery for one box, some or all of your stuff through your LOVESPACE account online.
• Larger deliveries including furniture or any stuff that doesn’t fit into boxes is charged based on the volume:
  • Up to 15 sq ft costs £124
  • Up to 25 sq ft costs £149
  • Up to 50 sq ft costs £199
  • Up to 100 sq ft costs £375
  • Up to 150 sq ft costs £563
  • Up to 200 sq ft costs £735
• Fridays and next available booking days cost £50 more for larger deliveries. Saturdays cost an extra £80.
• Delivery to an address more than 25 miles from the collection address will be charged an additional fee per mile:
  • Up to 25 sq ft costs £1.90/mile
  • Up to 75 sq ft costs £2.30/mile
  • Up to 150 sq ft costs £3.00/mile

• You have up to 11am three working days before your delivery to reschedule or cancel your order. We’ll not be able to make changes after this time. The easiest way to make changes is by contacting the customer service team on info@lovespace.co.uk or 0800 802 1018.
