If you decide you want your items back, all you need to do is book online, and we’ll arrange delivery for a date that works for you. We can be at your Holloway address as soon as tomorrow to collect your items and put them safely into storage until you need them once again.
Upon collection, we safely transport your items to our secure storage facility, where they will remain until you need your items once again.
When you decide that you need your items back, all you need to do is book online to arrange a convenient delivery date to the mainland UK address of your choice. Your items don’t need to be delivered to the address we picked them up from—we can deliver them to a new address.
To make sure that your stuff is perfectly safe ‐ and out of concern for the backs of the collection and delivery team ‐ your boxes must not exceed 25kg, which is the same weight as the checked baggage allowance for most major airlines.
If you’ve heavier or larger items we may still be able to help. Select the appropriate item type in “Other Items” and where necessary include a description of the item including its weight and size.
The packing materials we provide are designed specifically for storage and transportation. Our cardboard boxes are made of double-walled corrugated cardboard for extra strength. We also sell specialist packing materials including boxes for suitcases, bikes, clothes, crockery and archiving. You can order your boxes, packing tape and bubble wrap by clicking here.

We really do recommend you use our boxes as they’re able to withstand significant weight and are suitable for transportation and storage. If you do need to use your own packing materials, please read through our guidelines here.
We won’t dismantle your furniture, so we recommend that you do that prior to your collection. However, we will pack and wrap your furniture securely to prepare it for transit and storage.
Our dedicated team can collect stuff that can fit through your doors, and that be safely carried by two people, from any room in your home.
If you order before 11am, you can order your collection for Monday to Saturday, 3 working days from the booking date. If you also need packing and order before 11am, you can order 4 working days from the booking date. The collection is expected to begin at 9am but a member of our customer team will be in touch to confirm the date and time once you have booked.
No problem, don’t worry just take your best guess when you book your collection. We will check and confirm once we’ve collected your stuff. If you end up storing more, we’ll simply update your price accordingly and let you know. When selecting your unit size, you can also click on ‘What fits in here?’ We’ll give you a rough idea of the unit size in ft3 or the total amount of LOVESPACE boxes you can store per unit. Deliveries within 25 miles of your collection address of furniture or any stuff that doesn’t fit into boxes starts from £85. Local returns are priced on the volume of the delivery:
Up to 100ft3 costs £85
Up to 200ft3 costs £127.50
Up to 600ft3 costs £170
Up to 800ft3 costs £340

Delivery of a few boxes to the ground floor starts from £5.95 per box. These deliveries are between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Fridays, Saturdays or the first available delivery day cost more.
We can also deliver to a different location than your collection address. However, any delivery to an address more than 25 miles from the collection address will be charged an additional fee per mile:
I.Up to 200ft3 costs £1.90/mile
II.Up to 400ft3 costs £2.30/mile
III.Up to 600ft3 costs £3.00/mile

The safety of your stuff is our greatest priority which is why we work with best-in-class partners with decades of experience. We’ll choose a storage facility that’s suitable for the stuff we’re storing for you and one that’s local either to your collection or delivery address.
Yes. If you’re unsure what you’ve inside each box, we can audit your order.
Checks that don’t require your box to be opened, such as checking the precise size of a box or other item, cost £3 per box and other item. All other audits or inventory checks cost £5 per box and other item.

Yes, you can store pretty much anything with us. What we’re able to store depends on where we’re collecting from which is why we ask you to input your collection postcode at the beginning of the order process. You can see a list of the few things we can’t store here.
Where possible you’ll need to pack your stuff into a box. That goes for bags, suitcases and bikes. We sell specialist boxes for this stuff that you can order from us. Furniture doesn’t need to be in a box (that would be silly!) but we do need you to help us by wrapping it appropriately for transport. See here for further details.
