Removals in Bristol

Our team works 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday (pending availability). We will send a 2-hour arrival time slot the evening before your removal takes place. Please ensure that you are available for the entire working day to allow for delays on the day.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to travel with us on your moving day. This is to protect our drivers from COVID-19.

As a result, we ask that you organise your own transportation on your moving day.

If you select our optional furniture disassembly service, our expert removals team are happy to disassemble some of your furniture!

Please note though, there are certain things we won’t be able to disassemble:
 

• Any flat pack furniture that you may not be able to reassemble, such as items bought from IKEA
• Wardrobes
• Kitchen and dining tables
• Antiques
• Pianos
• Fitness equipment

This is because certain brands and types of furniture are not designed to be disassembled when they’ve been built.

We aren’t able to reassemble your furniture at your new home though.

Finally, we won’t be able to unpack your boxes for you when we drop everything off for you.

You can cancel or change your removal by contacting our customer operations team on 01325 952440.

You can cancel your removal and get a full refund if you give us notice more than two working days by 11am. After that, we’ll give you a 50% refund if you let us know more than 1 working day before we’re due to move your stuff. If you let us know within 24 hours of your moving day, you won’t receive a refund.

You can reschedule or change your removal for free if you give us notice more than two working days by 11am. After that, we’ll give you a 50% refund if you let us know more than 1 working day before your move, and no refund if you let us know within 24 hours of your move. 

If you select our optional additional packing service, our removals team will pack and wrap your stuff when they get to your current home on your moving day.

You pay £159 for packing when booking a small move. For large moves, it’s £259. For bespoke quotes, we’ll include the packing fee in your full quote when we contact you after you place your order.

For smaller, loose items – we'll pack them securely into boxes using our own packing materials (which are free of charge). Larger items, such as mattresses, beds and wardrobes, will need wrapping to protect them while they’re in transit.

If you choose to do your own packing, please make sure you pack all of your belongings securely into double-walled boxes and wrap your larger items to protect them where possible.

Shortly after you’ve agreed all the details of your move with us by phone and/or email, we’ll send these back to you by email as an itemised quote for you to approve.

In the lead-up to your moving day, we’ll email you again to confirm our movers’ collection time, as well as a final reminder the evening before.

Yes, you can. When you speak to us about the details of your move, let us know your ideal collection time. We’ll always do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely! You can store as much or as little as you want. Just let us know when you speak to us about the details of your move. We’ll add this onto your booking.

We can collect any boxes, furniture or other items away to be stored as long as you need, either on your moving day, or another date you choose.

When you’re ready to get your things back, log into your LOVESPACE account and request a delivery date. We’ll deliver them right to your doorstep.

Yes, you or someone else will need to be at each address to let our movers in.
