We're seeking a high-energy, commercial-minded Marketing Executive - Student Engagement to join our Marketing team at LOVESPACE.
This Role is Full Time – Permanent
- Starting: ASAP
- Hybrid working pattern – 3 days from the office (with Tuesday & Thursday being fixed office days) and 2 from home.
- The hours are between 9 am - 6 pm – Monday – Friday
- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year
Main Responsibilities
- Take charge of our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create new content and build a plan to grow key channels
- Manage customer comments and DMs
- Manage partnerships with universities, private student accommodations, boarding schools, and more.
- Seek insights into the market to understand student behaviour and consumer trends.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the student segment, including regular trips out of the office to pitch our services.
- Ensure marketing efforts achieve immediate and long-term business goals
- Identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Identify growth opportunities within the student segment
- Take regular trips outside of the office to spot opportunities
- Meet with potential partners and introduce LOVESPACE to pitch our services
What we're looking for
- Positive, confident & communicative individual who shows initiative and is confident in dealing with clients
- Engaging, with the ability to connect and empathise with people from all backgrounds
- Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised, fanatical attention to detail, common sense judgement and a passion for precision.
- A creative and resourceful problem solver with tons of initiative.
- An unwavering desire for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Bachelor's degree with a 2:1
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Some knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint. A bonus if you have experience in design platforms such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma
- Past work experience within a marketing team or similar role would be a bonus but is not essential!
