Will there be a charge if my collection can’t be made?​

So that your collection is successful first time, please make sure you’ve entered your address accurately, with the correct postcode. If you need to make any changes to your order, you must contact our customer team on info@lovespace.co.uk or 0800 802 1018, at least 2 working days before your collection.

If the driver has to wait for more than 15 minutes for you for any reason, you will be charged the collection fee, and the collection will be cancelled. If you have ordered packing and collection, you will be charged the total of the collection and packing fee.
