If you want to make amendments to your delivery, you must contact our customer team on email@example.com or 0800 802 1018. Please let us know up to 2 working days before your delivery to reschedule or cancel your order.
If you’re not available to accept your delivery, your stuff will be delivered back to our storage facility, and you will need to place a new order for a second delivery.
