We want your belongings to be safe just as much as you do, and keeping them sealed is part of that plan. We may need to open a box if we believe that there’s a risk of damage to your things, of injury to one of our team, or if we suspect the items stored are in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
We may also open an item to repackage it if there is excess weight, inappropriate packing, or if you use your own boxes and they come apart in transit.
