If your driver is unable to collect your stuff due to insufficient address information or an incorrect postcode, or if you’re not at home or not ready when the driver arrives, there’ll be a charge of £20 to rearrange your collection.
So that your collection is successful first time, please make sure you’ve entered your address accurately, with the correct postcode. Do tell us any special instructions, such as if you’d like us to collect your boxes from a particular location, such as a garage, or if you’ve pre-arranged with a reception area to leave your stuff there.
Should your driver be unable to reach you within the collection window due to an unforeseen delay, we’ll rearrange your collection free of charge.
If your driver is required to wait for more than 10 minutes for you for any reason, the cost of the drivers’ time will be passed to you.
