Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that you’ll get a call from your driver, so we always try and make sure that we get as much detail as we can to make sure there aren’t any problems that would necessitate a call. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please tell us any special collection instructions when you place your order. Remember to tell your reception, security or concierge that you’re expecting a collection so they don’t turn your driver away.
