What if I need to reschedule my delivery?

All you need to do is let us know! The easiest way to change your delivery is through the LOVESPACE account. Alternatively, just drop us an email or give us a call on 0800 802 1018 before 11am the working day before your delivery. This means that if your delivery is on a Monday, then get in touch by 11am the Friday before.

If you reschedule or cancel your deliver after 11am the working day before, there’ll be a £20 charge. Please note it may not be possible to cancel or reschedule after 11am. If this is the case, or if you let us know on the day of your delivery, we will still attempt your delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, your stuff will be delivered back to our storage facility. You’ll then need to place a new order and will be charged again for delivery.
