Can I reschedule my collection or make changes to my order?

Yes, of course. If you want to change the number of boxes you’re storing or change your collection date, you can do so yourself through our marvellous app that can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. If you can’t make changes yourself or you’ve specific collection instructions to share, please let us know before 11am the day before your collection. This means that if your collection is on a Monday, get in touch by 11am the Friday before.

If you’d like to change or cancel your collection date after 11am the day before, there’ll be a charge of £10, as we’ll have already scheduled your driver to come to your address. If you let us know on the day of your collection, there’ll be a £15 charge as your driver will already be on their way to you. If you’re not present for your collection, there’s a £20 charge as your driver will have arrived at your address and waited for 10 minutes before moving on to their next customer.
