We’ll pack just about anything. We’re the UK’s shipping and storage experts so we also know what we can’t pack and accept. Here’s a list of stuff that you mustn’t send in.

1. Plastic bags, plastic boxes, bin bags, canvas bags and laundry bags unless these are packed inside cardboard boxes;
2. Suitcases not packed in our suitcase boxes;
3. Musical instruments in soft cases;
4. Knives and sharp objects not suitably sleeved and wrapped;
5. Food and perishable goods including sauces (e.g. soy sauce and ketchup);
6. Antiques (breakable and fragile);
7. Birds, fish, animals or any other living creature;
8. Explosives, weapons or ammunition;
9. Any item which emits fumes, smell or odour;
10. Any illegal substances or goods illegally obtained;
11. Combustible or flammable materials, liquids or compressed gases, including but not limited to: paint, diesel, petrol, oil, gas, alcohol, artificial fertiliser or cleaning solvents;
12. Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents;
13. Toxic waste, asbestos or other materials of a dangerous nature;
14. Any other toxic, flammable or hazardous substance or preparations, classified as such under applicable law.

Please note that although we do accept some fragile stuff, including crockery, glasses and mugs, we only provide coverage for damage or loss of this stuff if they’re packed into our purpose-made LOVESPACE crockery boxes or equivalent and thoroughly bubble-wrapped.

We do accept electrical stuff, but please note that we don’t provide compensation coverage for them in the event of damage or loss.
