How should I label my boxes and items?

When you book your collection, unique labels are generated for each of your items. These need to be attached to the items, so that we know which items are yours! Please note that unlabelled items may not be collected

 

You can find these labels on your account online. You’ll just need to print them out and affix them securely with tape. For orders placed 72 hours before the collection date, we will post your labels to you.
If you’re sending in luggage, you must send your luggage inside a suitcase box. Your label should be placed on the suitcase box, and a second one should be attached to the luggage inside the box.
