Can I reschedule my collection or make changes to my order?​

Yes, of course. If you want to make amendments to your order, you must contact our customer team on or 0800 802 1018. Please let us know at least 2 working days before your collection. If you don’t need our team to pack your stuff, then you can make amendments to your order until 11AM the day before your collection without any cancellation fee.

If you cancel afterwards or you or a representative are not present for your collection, or your collection cannot be completed on the day we will apply the cost for the service selected – this includes your packing fee if chosen.
