If your driver hasn’t arrived between your estimated timeslot, this may mean there has been an unexpected delay.
In this case we advise to wait the full duration between 07:00 – 19:00 for your driver to arrive.
If your driver hasn’t arrived after 19:00, just email our team and they’ll be able to look into it for you.
