What do I need to do on the delivery day? (Shipping)

To ensure that your delivery goes smoothly, please:

  1. Be available for the full delivery window.
    Your delivery could take place at any time within your chosen timeslot. This means on our standard service, delivery could take place at any time between 7am and 7pm. You need to be available at the delivery address throughout this time or allow another person like a receptionist to sign for your stuff on your behalf. Where possible, we’ll provide you with an 1-hour estimated delivery time to help you plan your day. This’ll be emailed to you the evening before the delivery.
  2. Sign for your boxes.
    Your driver will need a signature to hand over your stuff, so please ensure that you or someone you trust will be available for the full duration. If you’re getting your stuff delivered to your reception, make sure you get permission and that they’ll be able to sign for your delivery.
  3. Tell us of any changes.
    You can change your delivery time and details up to 11am the day before your delivery. If you reschedule or cancel your delivery after this time, there’ll be a £10 charge and your stuff will be delivered back to our facilities. You’ll then need to contact the customer team on 0800 802 1018 or info@lovespace.co.uk to rearrange your delivery.
