I bought more items from Mothercare, why is it showing that I have fewer?

For smaller items, Mothercare’s distribution centre usually consolidates items into one parcel before sending on to our warehouse.

For furniture items, they usually come in several flat pack boxes. For example, one cot bed can arrive at our warehouse in two separate boxes. So, if you have purchased furniture items and you are seeing more items on your account, this is why.
