Yes, of course. If you want to change the number of boxes you’re shipping or change your collection date, you can do so by contacting the customer team on 0800 802 1018 or info@lovespace.co.uk. Please let us know before 11am the day before your collection. This means that if your collection is on a Monday, get in touch by 11am the Friday before.
If you’d like to change or cancel your collection date after 11am the day before, there’ll be a charge of £10, as we’ll have already scheduled your driver to come to your address. If you let us know on the day of your collection, there’ll be a £15 charge as your driver will already be on their way to you.
If you’re not present for your collection, there’s a £20 charge as your driver will have arrived at your address and waited for 10 minutes before moving on to their next customer.
