LOVESPACE is the UK’s first and largest storage by-the-box company. We are well on our way on our mission to be the first choice for people and businesses needing help looking after their things.

We collect boxes and other larger items from our customers’ doorsteps, store them in one of our secure storage facilities and return them to any UK address whenever needed – as soon as the next day. Customers manage their items online, taking photos and adding descriptions of what is in each box.

About the role:

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to play an influential role in developing our B2B2C sales and marketing, supporting our next stage of growth.

The Head of Partnerships will contribute to long-term business growth, forming valuable commercial partnerships across the property sector to help developers and operators solve moving and storage problems for themselves and their residents, with an initial focus on generating new business across the Build-to-Rent and Private Rented Sectors.

The role is an exciting opportunity to establish and develop the partnerships function at LOVESPACE from an early stage. The Head of Partnerships will work closely with our marketing team to grow and maintain our long-term partnerships, from informing strategy to implementing KPIs and sales processes. As such, we’re looking for a commercially astute leader, able to start things from scratch, demonstrate an excellent track record of developing long-lasting partnerships and deliver on ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the partnerships team
  • Identify, win, maintain and retain valuable partnerships
  • Generate and maintain an active pipeline of partnerships
  • Develop strategy for partnerships function
  • Establish sales processes, KPIs and reporting
  • Develop and deliver playbooks and marketing tools to support the scalability of the partnerships function.
  • Become an expert in market trends and competitor activity, recommend marketing and product  initiatives based on that insight.

Skills & Experience:

  • Leading B2B2C sales, marketing or partnerships teams
  • Entrepreneurial with strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Results driven, striving for exceptional performance with a proven track record of effective business development; from lead generation to negotiating agreements
  • A confident relationship builder, able to collaborate both internally and externally to deliver excellent results.
  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Experience related to the property sector desired but not essential
