What’s the role?

The Logistics Analyst role will be based in London and report directly to the Head of Transport Operations.

The Logistics Analyst role will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, ensuring all of our customer’s expectations are exceeded whilst continually identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and scalability.

Own and develop the LOVESPACE fleet planning process enabling it to function at scale whilst ensuring total visibility of KPI’s.

Responsibilities include:

-Manage and account for all items in transit to and from LOVESPACE ensuring best practice is constantly updated in order to minimise wastage and unnecessary costs

-Manage relationships and performance with all Third-Party Fleet partners and drivers

-Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is maintained

-Run daily analysis to identify issues and opportunities to improve efficiency of route-planning

-Manage and co-ordinate the daily LOVESPACE fleet activity and fleet planning/tracking functions, ensuring it is adequately resourced, trained and equipped to deliver a consistent first-class customer experience

-Contribute to the development of the LOVESPACE operations, lean processes and product strategy

-Feed into site and service improvements based on operational knowledge of the business

-Be an ambassador for LOVESPACE and its customers

Who are we looking for?

The candidate must have the following qualifications and attributes:
-Great analytical skills, with a 2:1 degree or equivalent

-A logical problem solver with great initiative who is 100% accountable

-Motivated by effecting continual positive change but zero tolerance for repetition of errors

-Highly organised, fanatical attention to detail, common sense judgement and a passion for precision

-An excellent verbal and written communicator who can operate across Teams and Partners

-Confident and fair, with strong moral courage
